By accessing and using Proofdel.com, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
2. Service Description
Proofdel.com provides cargo accompanying document management services including:
- Loading and unloading registration management
- Document upload and storage
- Cargo operation tracking
- Administrative dashboard for companies
3. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information during registration
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Upload only legitimate cargo-related documents
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- Not use the service for any unlawful purposes
4. Account Management
Account Creation
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining account security.
Account Suspension
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or are used for fraudulent activities.
5. Data and Document Management
Document Retention:
- CMR and cargo documents: 10 years (legal requirement)
- User account data: 5 years after account closure
- You may request data deletion subject to legal obligations
6. Limitation of Liability
Proofdel.com provides this service "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from use of this service, except as required by Lithuanian law.
7. Service Availability
We strive to maintain service availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance windows will be announced when possible.
8. Intellectual Property
All content and software on this platform is owned by Proofdel.com or its licensors. You retain ownership of documents you upload but grant us permission to store and process them.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Lithuanian law. Any disputes will be resolved in Lithuanian courts with jurisdiction over our registered office.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or platform notifications.
11. Mokesčių sąlygos
Services may require payment of fees as specified in your subscription plan.
- Payments are non-refundable except as required by law
- Late payments may result in service suspension
- All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes
12. Nutraukimo sąlygos
Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved through binding arbitration in Lithuania, unless otherwise required by law.
13. Nutraukimas
We may terminate your account for violation of terms, non-payment, or inactivity. Upon termination, data will be retained as per our privacy policy.
